Rates:             The price of your holiday is guaranteed.

               Booking:            Booking request has to be received at least 35 days before arrival. The person signing the request for booking confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons included in the holiday to make the booking on their behalf and that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions. All bookings and departure dates are confirmed to (and all correspondence will be with) the person signing the booking request. The person signing the booking request is liable for all costs and the charges on behalf of the party. For your booking to be confirmed, you are requested to pay a deposit 30% of the total price. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of your holiday.

            Payment:           Full payment is due at least 14 working days before arrival at the Floating Hotel. If the full payment is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charge in accordance with paragraph Cancellation/refund/penalty. If you book within 35 days of arrival you mast pay the total cost of your holiday at the time of booking.

Cancellation/         In the event you cancel your confirmed booking the
